All orders are cut, sewn, prepared and shipped from our studio in Vilnius, Lithuania (Europe).

Our items are listed as “made to order” and are handmade. Type of such quality work takes time, so please note before ordering. At the moment, due to a huge amount of the orders we are receiving, it might take for us about 2 – 4 weeks to produce your order. We want your item to be perfect, so thank you for understanding!

You will receive the good news with a tracking number that your handmade order is on its way to you in an email from us. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the homepage of the shipping service at any time.

S H I P P I N G   O P T I O N S & D U R A T I O N

Shipping update 20th of May, 2020: we are working hard that your orders will reach you as fast as possible. However, we have noticed that due to the Covid-19 pandemic situation shipping delivery time to some countries via National post (Regular Free Shipping option) is taking around 10-12 days longer in some cases there are even 4-5 weeks delay. Therefore, we would recommend you to choose Express shipping option via Fedex or DHL, a faster and safer way to receive your order. Additional cost of this kind of shipping during this intensive period is lower – 14 EUR. All orders over the 200 EUR will be automatically shipped by Express mail for FREE.

DHL EXPRESS which costs 20 EUR in most cases
– Europe usually 1 – 2 business days

– Please note, shipping duration is an estimate only. Due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. OFFON will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur.
– If you don’t receive your order within 30 days, please write to us and we will start the investigation process with our post office. After investigation, if it appears that the parcel is lost, we will make a refund or send you new item.
– Please note that it usually takes more time than regularly for the orders to be shipped during the Christmas season. The shipping service/time of the packages are beyond our control.

Customer/recipient of an international shipment is responsible for payment of any duties, taxes and fees that may be applied by the destination country. We do recommend to contact your local customs for more information.

All orders are shipped to your provided address during check out. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.

Please contact us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help with sizing to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! However if item doesn’t fit as you had hoped or the fabric is not as you imagined – we do accept returns and exchanges. Once your item arrives back with us we will contact you to arrange a replacement item you are happy with or offer you shop credit. We do not offer refunds at this time.

*We can’t guarantee that colors of the products on our website will be true to life. Therefore cannot be held responsible for variations in colors since this depends partly on the color settings of your monitor and computer.

Please purchase “tracking” from your post office before returning item(s) and provide us with the tracking number.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached and, if possible, in the original packaging. OFFON reserves the right to refuse a  exchange on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.

Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer’s expense.
